Chronic nonbacterial prostatitis is mainly manifested in pelvic pain, which can be seen in the perineum, penis, perianal region, urethra, pubic bone or lumbosacral region. Micturition abnormality can be manifested as urgent urination, frequent micturition, dysuria and night urination. The pathogenesis is not clear, the etiology is very complex, there is a wide range of disputes. Chronic non – bacterial prostatitis (prostate gland) lacks objective and specific diagnostic evidence, and should be differentiated from diseases that may lead to pain and abnormal urination in the pelvic region. Patients with abnormal urination should be given clear bladder outlet obstruction and abnormal bladder function.
